DAYELET SOY LECITHIN is commonly used in gastronomy to thicken all types of sauces in doses between 0.2% and 0.3%. If the addition levels are increased between 0.5% and 0.8%, and the product is agitated in any cold solution, you will obtain liquids with bubbles known as “flavour air or foam” which provide endless tastes; sweet or salted, from fruits, vegetables or cheeses, etc.

700 kcal/2940 kJ per 100g. Fat: 90% (Saturated fat: 12%).  Carbohydrates: 7% (0% of them are polyols). Sugars 0%. Starchs: 7%. Nutritional fibres: 0%. Protein: 0%. Salt: 0,03%.
